Greb running 10 Miles a day ? And his training Routine ?

There isnt even footage of the guy. How are we supposed to arrive at a deifinitive training regimen.

Considering the some years he fought once a week, running 10 miles a day, essentially averaging what many world class milers do in a week, is just ****ing absurd. But dont let that dissuade the old fancy set and their rose tinted glasses. They will contend he did it twice a day.

 

And I ****ing love Harry Greb. He and Langford go back and forth as my Number 1 ATG.

But, please.

 

Didn't Jeffries supposedly do some lengthy roadwork? I'd be more inclined to believe it of Greb. Jeffries was a house.

 

Jefferies did it carrying a Deer on his back.:smoke

I see jeffries is still getting underrated. He didn't need hands. Just a mean look from Ol' Jeff could stop the heart of a mountain lion, let alone a deer.

Pretty sure someone posted a newspaper clip of a reporter following Jeffries training and what said is true.
