Tc , he in no way condoned the throwing of plastic bottles (like they would even do any damage) all he said was that the support was incredible which it was, as i was there.Mundine got up and aggravated the perth crowd into a frenzy then left as the heat got a little too hot in the kitchen.

 

How did he aggravate them to a frenzy? The throat slashing gesture?

 

No he said Green was a coacroach and stamped his foot on the canvas while gesturing to Green and Danny didnt condem what the fans did he thanked them which means he approved what they did, not a very good standard to set imo. Why on earth would you encourage this type of behaviour at fights? Whilst he said the support was great he fell short of condeming the act of throwing objects at Mundine and his team.

He wasnt ashamed of what they did or anything, he was proud of it. That says alot to me.

 

yep he got up and did that gesture and paraded around as he usually does, i thought it was funny , but im the first to admit that dannys fightgoers in perth are compiled of a few rare breeds and they just went nuts.

i agree completely mate people need to get over it on both sides , they have both moved on. TC i was there and choc was dumb enough to aggravate an already angry perth crowd , completely his fault. Your an idiot, so because green didnt come out and call his fans idiots and bite the hand that feeds him and supports him then hes a lowlife. i think you need to find a new sport m8 your starting to stagnate

They are both still fighting and the relevance of that bout to anything now is about zero.

 

Danny doesnt have to call his fans idiots but he can say that he doesnt approve of people throwing projectiles and bottles at any sporting events. Its illegal for one and if a child was hurt that night whos fault would it have been? Its something he should have ensured that his fans understood he did not approve of, he fell very short of doing that.

As for Mundine, well he is a PR machine, they brought him down to amp up the fight, both fighters were on the same card. Rivalry is ok but when fans break the law someone needs to stand up and say its wrong and it shouldnt occur again to anyone. Its a black eye for boxing not something to be proud of. Do you understand this?
