Exactly mate, a few of us got sucked in to the fight and it was a shocker to say the least, but it's a bit rich when stifflers bagging people after the outcome yet he himself was interested in seeing the fight?
oooh sensitive.yes i did embarassingly for me.believed the hype from the forum. i dug this thread up to defend Ash from CHB's bizarre obsession with him and Mundine and trying to score points on an internet forum.Ash likes Mundine made a prediction got it wrong he chooses to support a fraud like Mundine as his choice you,he and others support a fraud like Green as is your choice.suppose im as bad as him for digging up this thread in a pathetic attempt to win a internet argument.atsch
Fair enough I'm glad you at least admitted that you got the fight. I got rolled into thinking maybe Briggs could pull out a decent effort and i was wrong..At the end of the day there was probably a silver lining as Danny knew he had to step it up after the **** that went down.
Well, well, well Stiffy. You failed miserably to nail me on this, and you said 'i thought the cinderella story could happen', and you actually This content is protected for the Green vs Briggs fight! Very rarely, if ever, has anyone owned themselves as comprehensively mate!
So you spent your time digging up a thread to make a point about someone else spending time digging up a thread? Where do you get your 'holier than thou' attitude from? You seem to think your job is to keep everyone under control, yet you reveal with your above statement that, just like the rest of us, you're prone to error. Do you hold yourself to the same high standard you hold the rest of us to? Stop trying to distance yourself from the fact that you too thought it would be a good fight - see how you reckon you "believed the hype from the forum" - that either makes you an idiot unable to form his own opinion - which in effect makes your every post (including this one) meaningless - or it means you're just like the rest of us, you thought if Briggs turned up it would be a decent scrap. No one here had any idea he was going to throw the fight like that. Stop thinking you're better than everyone on here, it's pathetic how you go trolling for old posts in an effort to prove someone wrong :-(
Aw, poor stiffy, it wasn't his fault he bought the fight, he was forced to believe the hype from this forum Hmm, so was that voluntarily, or because you were forced to believe it by this fourm? :|
as usual you missed the point.i can use the search function no great effort required i dug up this post too illustrate how pathetic it is that a thread that Ash made about his favourite fighter is wrong as were many of us here including me were wrong about the Briggs fight.yet Ash's thread remains at the top of the forum by trolls.
That's the difference right there in This content is protected Stiffy! Most of us, when we are wrong, admit it! But not our old 'friend' Mister duck, weave and do a runner to the NRL thread Ashley. Oh no! 'I can't remember what I posted 26 weeks ago' Denial! Denial! Denial!
Yeah right, nice attempted recovery. The fact remains you bag someone for searching old posts and bumping threads implying that it requires a lot of their time and effort (and therefore their life) yet you do the very same thing and explain it away with "I can use the search function no great effort". You had a go at CHB for "condoning not condemning" the Green vs Briggs fight, yet you yourself showed interest in it in the very same thread. You've since admitted you bought the fight, yet imply it was under duress as you were forced to believe the hype from the forum Hey mate, I've got a harbour bridge to sell you if you're that gullible.
The top 3 posters in the 'Mundine 2011' thread are: Myself - 303. Ashley - 253. Sox - 80. Ashley and his loyal to the death little lap dog Sox have together posted more often in that thread than I have - 333 compared to 303! You're the one who said it's trolls that keep the thread at the top of the pile mate. atsch
Look at it this way - the thread is still valid as it's still 2011 Ash started it with a title that says one thing, and an opening post that says another i.e. "Mundine will fight for another world title in 2011" as opposed to "Mundine will win another world title in 2011". There is a difference between the 2, and ash has tried to use ambiguity to come out smelling roses regardless of the result. Ash is alright, but even a busted clock is right twice a day. The old scattergun approach to things usually means you get at least something right, but that doesn't mean you know what you're talking about, it's just the law of averages in effect :yep
Don't drag me into this ****nuts, you're the dim **** still whining about Ash supposedly being in denial. It's time you got off the ****. :drink
