Green and Hopkins money split.

    I hear all these knobs screaming like schoolgirls about danny wanting a 50/50 split. I think it's fair enough. He shouldn't settle for the 60/40 that bhop wants, it's bull****. Hopkins comes here, to fight green for greens title, so i think a 50/50 is fair. **** that legacy and legend ****. The fight is all about now, it would happen now, with now's crowd ( excuse the grammer ) so let the purse reflect what the standings and situation are now, who has the biggest pulling power in aus, who is more known, and most of all, who has the title they would fight for?


    ( not sure, but i hope bhop doesnt have a title they would fight for, coz then i would look like a ****face, lol )

    Nope, not amazing, a solid fighter with a good chin and decent power. He hasn't got the skills to match it up with the greats of the world, but he has the right to not be ****ed in the ass by a great fighter of old ( and still present, by his last fight ) who wants it his way because he is who he is, thats all.

    hopkins has never had a cruiser title!
    totally agree, hopkins saying he bought USA TV, $1.5m? Big deal, where is the other $6m coming from- obviously Oz so he can go **** himself!
    Just like jones if he's got so many other big money fights out there- go get one?!

    Hopkins would earn just as much fighting Bute in Canada and it would be a worthwhile fight as Bute is considered probably the best super middle in the world. Danny Green is a nobody in the world of boxing.

    So why the **** are we even discussing it, why doesn't Hopkins **** off to Canada and fight Bute..............well...:think

    Hopkins own legacy would be well served by belting Green right now. Regardless of Greens International standing prior to the RJJ 'fall down'.

    Not to mention that RJJ would become slightly infuriated should BHop destroy Green.

    60/40 is fair even 65/35 hopkins.....Hopkins has so much to lose by losing to Danny and nothing to gain by fighting him....Green Is in a Win/Win position if he fights hopkins...Looks great on the resume even if he looses but if he wins he will be slingshot in to stardum.

    If Green wants to bring over another legend he should cough up the $$$. Green still has nothing to lose and he just has a BS belt anyways. It's not about whether Green or Hopkins is the bigger draw card in Australia. Most people probably don't know who Hopkins is. It's about the possibility of bringing another big name and another big fight here. 60/40 is more than fair.

    People arent fighting green for the belt he has,as its a **** belt anyway,thats why its all about the money on this one.

    I think Green has to make an effort to get this donne, it's his best option hands down. Mundine is also atractive but too complicated.

    BHop has Green, Dawson and probably Bute in his table. He probably feels Green is his easier option but he will only take it if the money is similar to the other options.

    Either way im sure there both making good money from this fight, so just make it happen boys, ill jump in the ring with bhop for 1/2 a mil
