fights not happening.i dont care about any announcements i guarantee something will go wrong and fight will not go ahead.and leftjabdanny will start another thread in the general forum 'rjj where are your balls?' sticking it to them and again they will not give a ****.

and yes it is hilarious to think what mundine must be thinking as he has painted himself into yet another corner and people are having a bit of a giggle at his expense. and after watching roy jones jnr on the monitor it was more than uncanny how much influence he obviously had on anthony mundine.

it would be extremely disapointing if these two don't end up fighting, but at least the aussie fans have some hope of getting a big fight that we are overdue for.

 

agreed.getting even a shot rjj to fight in australia would be an incredible coup and if that poster with 3 posts is correct about anthonys uncle mick giving him the inside goss on a pavlik fight is true that will be great but with all the bull**** these two go on with and with dannys pathetic doco,false retirements,etc i just think this fight wont come off something will go wrong.:deal

But I agree with you about him not being the same after Sullivan.

He ****ed himself up physically in that fight.

 

Yeah he believed his own hype and he couldn't knock out a journeyman, afterwards excuses about a cold blah blah. Plenty of fighters have fought with a cold in more gruelling fights than that. Danny had a panic attack because in that fight he realised he wasn't what he thought he was. Since then it's been all ego and excuses.

 

What the **** is wrong with Roy Jones Jr. Fighting these calibre of opponents at his age who wouldn't be good enough to hold his spit bucket in his prime. Very sad imo. If he continues on in this deluded state of his he will gather a few loses to fighters on the level of a Lacy or a Green. He will continue on into his late 40's like larry Holmes did fighting journeymen in front of 1000 people in Kentucky somewhere.

RJJ should have hung 'em up after his second loss to Tarver, and that was nearly 4 years ago!
