What are his chances? He seems overly keen for him. Do you think this is his best option at the moment?

Actually i think Tarver takes the fight if it's worth decent coin.

He probably knows he can't beat the best in the states like Dawson etc and thinks some Aussie bum like Green will be an easy payday.

    P.S Is Tarver 38 or 39yrs old??

Green will probably get more fights since everybody knows he is a B grade fighter these days. I doubt Tarver would be interested though.

Tarver will never fight him. Greens KO ratio scares the big names away. Mundine only fought him because of the money and Beyer only fought him because he had to.

I've watched a fair few fights of Tarver over the years and he is very hot and cold. One fight he looks all class the next he barely makes it through. I give Danny a good shot to beat him on the fact that Danny still looks like he can apply constant pressure through the entire 12 rds and has some power.

Carlton, Sorry mate but its been a long time since Green scared anyone. Mundine never looked at all intimidated leading up to their fight in fact he looked rather blaze. Beyer was intimidated in the second fight but got over it. The crowd he fights in front of is more frightning.
Teke, what evidence is there that Green can apply pressure over twelve rounds anymore or ever. How many times has he been twelve and won. Ever?? Last time he went twelve he hardly applied any pressure as he missed 99% of the time. His last two fights have gone a total of 3 rounds...
I'd just like to know how you have formulated your opinion here.

Well he defenitely doesnt looked exhausted at any stage of a fight except for his fight with Sullivan. I should have said he is dangerous for the entire 12 rds. Now give Danny the credit he deserves he is good dangerous fighter and can beat the Tarver of now.

Yeah, I agree that he has a punchers chance in fights, he does have decent power. I dont beleive simply walking forward constitute pressure which is all Dexter does most of the time. He appears to be fit, though we will find out more when he fights past the seventh or eighth round.

Eels your maths tells me a lot about your intelligence as a human being and also boxing...

    Murdoch 1 1/2 rounds
    Griffin 2 1/2 rounds

I might be wrong, someone get the calculator out but I am sure that makes 5, or is it 6, no 3.... oh ****... its 4!

green has a massive chance. i think he is a threat again, esp since moving up a div. as a choc fan i'd be worried about a rematch at LHW to be honest

if they do rematch Mundine should only do it at LH. For they sake of getting some challenge out of it.
