Nice frequent flyer points for steve smoger....he is reffing cotto v marg this weekend.

They love him in the USA, i thought he let lots of dirty stuff go in the tomlinson/ herrera fight.

I haven't watched the fight but were those scores fair or was Danny receiving some home cooking off the judges.

 

I had it prob 95-95 mate but 96-94 Green i could see also.

What was worse was seeing Green's bogan fans wanting to smash Poles for no reason other than the Poles chanting "Polska" or "Diablo".

Going by the official scores if Danny lasted the distance and Wlod had two 10-8 rds in the last 2 he still wouldn't have won. Disgraceful.

 

Im no massive fan of Green but i was neutral "boxing" supporter & just wanted to see a good action fight.
The ending was very intense....but came across much better on tv with Andy Raymond going silent.

I honestly thought it was very close after 10...so luckily for Diablo it wasnt needed.

I would normally say Danny's home crowd would have given him the close rounds on atmosphere alone...but the bogans were well beaten in noise by 100 odd Poles.

Yeah mate bogans saying things i cannot repeat...bogans walking over almost to the Polish crowd area & showing them the finger & telling them to bring it on (add a few more swear words)...my wog mate starting filming it on his phone thinking a Bogan vs Pole riot was going to start.:rofl

 

Security was beefed up around the Polish crowd also which was quick thinking by the authorities.
