are you serious? have you heard of disturbing the peace? or perhaps being a public nuisance? i have friends who have had to attend court summons for both of these , and very similar events. Plenty of people also receive move on notices for this kind of behaviour.
I will cop stick but I hate to say it Ty is right. To quote Peter Garrett '' short memory must have a short memory ''. Remember the double header in Perth before they fought each other and Mundine insisted on being the last fight. Green beat Garcia by UD and made that speech about Mundine disrespecting him and for the crowd to let him know what they thought and they chanted '' Mundine's a wanker '' which was funny but when he KO'd Chong Nee and was leaving the crowd pelted him with bottles and Green was smiling with his bikie mates.
Police have to be called or be in attendance to give a move on notice and as long as you move on then no offence has been committed. As for disturbing the peace, your next door neighbour could be using an angle grinder at night which is classed as disturbing the peace, its a minor offence and pretty fcking petty if i may add. As Stiffler has pointed out, Danny incites crap like this during a mundine fight, fans pelting bottles etc, where was his moral high ground then? All he could do was smirk, never mention anything about the poor ****s who had to clean up the mess he incited. Green is and always will be a hypocrite **** who lies through his teeth.
i was at that fight, there was maybe 3 or so plastic bottles thrown towards mundine, green was sitting with his father and actually publicly disapproved of said bottles being thrown at mundine after the fight. I have never seen green publicly associate with bikies or underworld figures.
Dear God! atsch #1 Danny was sitting right next to Alex Vella. #2 It was WAY more than 3 or so bottles, it was a barrage of items being thrown at Mundine, he ran back to his changerooms and it was all caught on Video. #3 Danny was smirking while the crowd was doing it. HE wasnt shaking his head or showing ANY sign of dissaproval. Further more.. http://www.abc.net.au/pm/content/2005/s1529475.htm
He has publicly stated he didn't approve of the bottle throwing in any form, show me where he was sitting next to alex vella? he may have said hello to him but that is it. I know what i saw as i was actually at the fight.
I don't know who they were and it was ages ago but I think Mundine iced Chong Nee climbed on the ropes pointed at Green and did that throat slitting gesture and a heap of bikies sitting near Green stood up when he did it.
