MR JEFF FENECH ..

It was Jeff who got the ball rolling with the Mundine --- Green rivalry ,, without Jeff Green would never of got the Lucas or Beyer fights which put him on the road to success ,, and once he was on that road well the west australian public would always get behing him ,, they LOVE it when they can beat the eastern states , at anything , and in there quest for heroes are more than prepared to get behind Green .

Fack sake i've got a lot of familly there and they think there a seperate country , they want to secede from , Aust never mind the commonwealth ..

Mind you they do have a good point they don't really need the rest of us ,,

yep it sure did. Fenech was the main catalyst behind the feud with mundine also and did a lot to raise dannys profile among the casual fans. It is sad that they now seem to despise each other but that's the way things go i guess

 

Green & Santiago weighed-in @ 84+ at unofficial weigh-in earlier today. I doubt either will make 79.38 come official weigh-in

What you say is true. Too bad Jeff dumped Danny to be part of the Tyson comeback circus he missed out on the Green-Mundine payday.

 

If Mundine's daddy wasn't a world champion MW Mundine wouldn't have had his coattails to ride into the world of boxing.

If Mundine's daddy wasn't a world champion MW Mundine wouldn't have grown up around boxing gyms and therefore would never have switched to boxing from rugby league.

If Mundine's daddy wasn't a world champion MW Mundine would still be playing rugby league and whining about not being selected for national duties.
