He has fought 10 times above 168lbs in his career, and that started from his 4th pro fight, i'm pretty sure he spent just about all his AM career at L/H.

yeh i remember at least a couple of LH fights but the main point is who cares.

why the f**k does this have to be about mundine again!!! i hate the fact green lost to him but myself and most other green fans and green himself never made any excuses for the loss and said mundine was the better man.

green never said weight was an excuse. i reckon if not for the mundine fight green would have just stayed lh for alot lonr but as never gonna giv up that pay day.

I think Green will be a little too powerful and too polished. I think he will win it in 9 rounds by TKO.

I agree with you Souls, I like to degrade Green on his own merits, or lack there of, without involving Mundine. Frankly I am a bit tired of Mundine threads myself. But dont be surprised that Mundine fans come into this thread looking to insult Green as we are being thrashed in other threads. I mean have a look at who is creating all the Mundine threads, it aint the Mundine fans. Shiner has gone quiet.

not quiet, just dissappointed at myself for arguing with simples. green did a trade as a carpenter eels, but me feels the only tools he will pick up again will be to make a box big enough to store his millions!!! c,mon mate , there must be a reason why u dislike someone who generally keeps to himself.or are you just green with envy over his success. yes thats right slippery eels, his success. a wbc world title belt sitting at home, completely set for life, being second highest aussie born earner in the history of the sport, and the respect of millions.ha, not bad for a robotic bum!!!

you gonna back up your post of 10.58 AM Shiner, or did you go hard with not much?
I got no big problem with Green. He had a big mouth about Mundine for years and his personal insults towards Mundine (although probably inspired by his thief mate Fenech) were pretty rough. I dont mind this even, but he didnt back them up. All the local rednecks hung their hopes on Green.
Its this simple, all you Mundine haters are usually Green fans and everything you say about Mundine can be said about Green cept Green also got his arse smacked by Mundine and Mundine has a future.
I dont deny some personal dislike for Green, his conduct in Perth when Mundine was over there was pretty much racist and thuggish, he associates with criminals...but its all just part of keeping it all level.

As most Mundine nuthuggers do, since they think boxing revolves around Mundine and is arch rival Green, which was what almost 2 years ago.

Nah, it still applies Shane. First there is talk of a rematch and if it eventuates they'll be plenty resorting to their old delusions about Greens ability, especially now that he is at his "correct weight". Secondly, those that hate Mundine created an idol of Green as the anti Mundine and they have a soft spot for Green still. I just like going after the soft spot in retaliation.

left jab...there is heaps of stuff I dont like about Mundine. Here is a list
    1. I kind of meet his manager one time and he is a shmuck. I dont like his manager.
    2. His religion stinks...
    3. His "music" is putrid.
Danny hung with Fenech for ages and was best mates with him. Fenech is all but a convicted crim, at least as my understanding goes. Thats all I am saying Left Jabadab.

eels, what did green do in perth that was racist and thuggish???
he asked the crowd, who was predominantly his fans, who wants to see mundine get knocked out??? he was simply having a bit of fun at his upcoming opponents expense, and being smart by creating more exposure and hype. hype eels, is generally what makes big money in big fights.your hero is the master of hyping a fight.what drug did u consume to suggest what green said or did was racist. when did he say a racist or personal comment about mundines race or religion. you are a bloody antagonist eels, creating anger with unsubstantiated comments that have no weight. then green walks in before mundines fight starts with his song playing. once again, pure hype, and beat mundine at his own game. u wanna talk lack of respect, how bout mundine dissing green and perth in general on national tv, so it was game on in the hype stakes. or couldnt you handle your hero copping sum of his own medicine. when the f... did you hear danny green tell the crowd to throw **** at mundine, or incite ant kind of crowd violence towards him at all???????? when the cameras panned to green when idiots threw a few glasses, he looked shocked and unimpressed, and was actually shaking his head in disbelief. one idiot lady from a boxing magazine said she was appalled at greens smiling at what went on!!! what a blind maggot. what was she watching, bloody fool.green goes a far as calling a presser condemning those who were out of order, said those kind of crew are not welcome at his fights and asked for calm.yeah banana p'eels, real thuggish behaviour! as for the crims, some bikies were sitting behind him at a table, and they congratulated him and shook hands. like he has control over who goes to his fights you knob, or who comes up to shake his hand. what if alex vella came over to shake your hand p'eels, u gonna diss him???does he associate with criminals p'eels??? i know his mates, and none are crims.the guy is a regular dude.u are allowed your opinions, but wake up before posting.

oh, i forgot. danny also f...ed off the watch thief.of course he spent time around fenech, he bloody trained him. as far as socially, he may have attended a sport or charity function together, but it ends there.no association socially.

leaving the racist side of things out of it for now, this is how it happened. Green said "...he has insulted us all, lets show this guy what we think off him..."
When the fight ended bottels were thrown into the ring and at Mundine as he was escorted out. Green very much was shmirking at this. I've got it on tape, as do I suspect you. After the fight Green supported his crowd.
He said "what other sportsman in Australia would get this treatment?, he brought it on himself"
    This was throughout the papers.
Green realised how bad this looked and withdraw it quick smart, the next day distancing himself from what happened.

I'm picking Green to win. If he wins what will be next ? Any title shot :huh ? I think he has the biggest chance against Clinton Woods. This guy has bad defense and Green can hit pretty hard :yep
