(green) Pbf Vs Gamboa @ 130

This is somewhat of an unfair matchup, it's hard to erase the all facts we know about each fighter. That being sad Floyd would likely win comfortably, Gamboa's defensive holes would come back to bite him against such a dangerous counterpuncher. It's hard to say though considering Gamboa's at such an early stage in his career, we don't know what could become of him.

 

Seems like a Gamboa-bashing thread.

He could fight a big banger, get dropped heavily, readjust and come back to win by K.O and everyone would say he has a 'Glass Jaw'. I honestly think he's tough as Hell....he ain't stupid, he must know he could take a punch or he'd keep his hands up a bit more. He just gets more leverage from throwing from the hip, and throws a lot of punches....I guess it makes more sense for his hands to always be there.

Gamboa will be a 'World' champ in 2009, mark my words. I hope his promoters have got the nerve to send him over to Indonesia, as I think knocking Chris John out will be the only way to dethrone him and I think Gamboa could do it.
