$1000 for VIP $750 for Platinum $500 for Gold. In my opinion, these costs are outragous. Briggs has been retired for a few years, never won a world title, and they are charging $1000 for the best available seat at the Syd Ent Cent? They used to give Mundine a lot of negative press about his ticket costs, but i don't remember him charging $1000 for Ringside seats against a retired fighter.
barge...i realise you are a little slow....... but this may entertain and enlighten you... http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=230724
that says briggs his anthem. i'm not sure what that has to do with his fight against green or the ticket costs.
my first reaction when i saw the prices was **** ME. When i rang my 3 mates with the ticket price, after the initial deafning silence the response was "does that include a night with Nina":yep
well one of my mates says of *****..... *****, would make great shoes....."you cant wear them out.." another one said......"but ****, those ***** shoes would get bigger..." the other said..."****, they would end up stinking..."!!! i say. let danny keep ninas ***** small, ........and instead, talk about dannys boxing career...... otherwise, its gunna stink round here... .
Anyways, good to see Ticketek getting into the spirit of not having a clue when it comes to Australian boxing by having Danny listed as fighting Joe Briggs in the seating charts...
Let's get the facts right, just had a look; ~1500 tix $250 - $1000 ~ 2300 ~ $95 ~ 3000 @ $65 Don't like it? buy the cheap ones- that's 78% at < $95, that's more than reasonable in my eyes given t looks like bein 7 fight card! I got the $135, best value in the house in my view!!
The $65 ones look alright. I've been at the back of the SEC and you still get a good view of the ring. I'll be there.
