Green v Briggs

Don't take that **** from ced mate - he's calling you a liar, he's saying that Briggs is fighting on 5th August, and it WILL be against Green.

just on hunch mate that PPV's are wednesday typically (green and mundine anyway) not thursdays!

I am actually think it will be a great fight with green being too powerful.
better than some south american cab driver that's for sure.

 

I hope Briggs has a warm up fight...with a guy that can give him 10 or 12 rounds

 

I don't see there is any benefit in a warm up fight, in fact to the contrary! Reasons;
- looks good, well he'd wanted to have that fight against green not a nothing fight
- looks crap, everyone says he should not fight green
- mentally I see he will set himself for one fight
- any more is simply dangerous and unnecessary

 

All a matter of opinion of course Shiner, but reckon if Briggsy goes straight in against the confident, hard-hitting version of Green, he'll get damaged.

 

yeh not saying that won't be the outcome but not sure briggs has anything to gain by a warm up!
