we all know greens been speaking to tarver for over 6 months now so no breaking news there. my little spies tell me he's be negotiating with don majeski who helped him get beyer and lucas and there is a big name european in their sights?? no idea of name, weight and all the practical bull **** but could be interesting.

word is they have had enought of tarvers stalling which is de ja vu all over again when they shafted him and went drews instead.

spoken about Wodoisyourname perviously, anyone else have any goss?

ive also heard similar reports shiner, tarver continuously makes unrealistic demands and tries to delay at every possible turn. i was told that the polish guy wlod was on the cards as was guillermo jones. all just rumours at the moment, greens focused on making his promotion on the 15th a success, hopefully it pays off for him

What demands are those? That the fight be at an actual recognised weight division?

I'd believe Tarver over Green any day of the week. Tarver's most recent fight was @ heavyweight on Showtime's Shobox and would have netted him $50K at best (according to ESPN's Dan Rafael $50K is the going rate for Shobox bouts). Bearing this in mind Tarver would surely jump at a $500K purse downunder let alone something more substantial. The reality here is that Green is (i) either trying to lowball the Magic Man or (ii) would rather pursue a rematch against legendary South African shoe-in HOF'er Anthony Von Niekirk or whatever the **** his name was?

After the Briggs fiasco Green has all the cred of an ALP politician. I hope the fight with Tarver does come off and Green get's absoltutely toweled up! I'd pay to see that!

thought he was planning to send Holyfield to the canvas...

watch out for this once Tua has sent him one step closer to retirement...

shiner, you sad sack of ****, I know reading is not your strong point (it is unlikely a worthless turd like yourself has one) but I don't recall making any statement of fact as to what Tarver has been offered. My exact words for the dummy (being you ****wad) were: Bearing this in mind Tarver would surely jump at a $500K purse downunder let alone something more substantial.

Surely all those taxpayer funded prison courses you have been taking are helping you with the simple task of interpreting a basic sentence, you dribbling, ****ing mong! Good to see you are making use of your day release to get along to Green "trainging" session, ******! Make yourself uselful and report back to me if the fight is close to happening. In the meantime, **** off!

hes had a bit of a lay-off and loses some points for that as
well for changing weight divisions.but like Paul Briggs he
won his last fight and has a darn fine pedigree.all kidding
aside would like it to be Wlod at actual Cruiserweight.

And Zelky has the gall to call me nasty, interesting read tho.

I just hope that Green's next opponent is a worthy one. Flores wasn't too bad, fight was a tad boring, nice bod's .. it would be awesome to see Danny go to war with someone :happy

    1. trying to "low ball" tarver- wrong, they are paying him way more
    2. trying to rematch van ass wipe- wrong

I may not be able to read, but obv better than you!! I actually do prefer to look at pictures mind you as reading gives me a headache :good

shiner, you silly ****, not sure my first post was meant to be taken so literally which you have clearly done - fool! My initial comments were based on Green's Mundinesque modus operandi (bar Flores) which is to exclusively fight corpses. The Von Niekirk rematch comment was clearly tongue in cheek but considering Green's usual level of opposition I would not rule it out.

Personally I'd love to see this fight happen! The trash talk which would come from Tarver would be world class and it will be worth the price of admission to see the Magic Man end Green's fraud of a post comeback career once and for all!

I didn't say you were nasty?

I said you were being nasty to a fellow female journalist, and then followed it up by agreeing that it was only your opinion, and that it doesn't change my opinion of you being a sweet lady.
