fight is wrong and should not happen BUT anyone who dares thinks Mundine is the same fighter he was during their first fight is kidding themselves, Choc is and looks like a tired old man and is slowing down.

He is far from the fighter he could have been and if he does fight Green he can kiss whatever middleweight title fight gone forever. People say he will smash green again and thats the problem EVERYONE is saying it, Green likes to be underdog and that might work in his fav this time.

Bigger weight, Rest from the sport and Mundine is not the man he once was or claimed to be. Not saying Green wins but whoever says he has no chance just look again at the last 3,4 Mundine fights and tell me that I am wrong. :think

I went for Green the first time, and I would be going for him again this time.

For 5 million who wouldn't take the fight ffs? If Green is ever going to have a chance at beating Mundine it's now with all these shitty fighters he's been fighting, along with the weight juggling, along with the injuries and along with that old wrinkled face he's starting to sport.

Green looked better at 175 and if he can get back to it I give him a good chance.

Mundine has been fighting 'shitty' fighters so to speak.... but he has been fighting.
A fight is still a fight. Every man suffers the same emotional contest in the fights build up, and event. Mundine has continued to endure through it. Thats the key.
The Man is only human, even though he exudes an arrogant persona, he still goes through the normal emotional roalercoaster that all fighters do. Danny has been inactive, and to be in condition, regardless of the fight weight, will be a troublesome episode for Green.
If he manages to have a lead up victory, he will still be "looking" at nothing more than "the last performance against Mundine" when he walks towards the ring in Green/mundine 2. I believe he will psyche himself out far earlier than the actual fight date anyway... if it comes to fruition. I would like to see the fight happen, and Id like to be proven wrong, yet, Im confident... $10,000 confident, that Mundine will better Green again.

I believe Garay would have given Green all he could handle as well & probably earn a close decision.:deal

Not particularly impressed with Garay to be honest. Good fighter, no doubt, but Green's jab would probably have gotten him home.

What odds are you offering? If it takes place at 175, I'm interested.

Look for a close, controversial decision where Choc looks "flat" so they can have a 3rd fight.

Im actually not confident of Mundine KOing Green, but i believe Mundine can hurt him.

The ring in which they fought last time was terrible, bloody slippery as and in the later part of the fight no punches could be sat down on properly.

Gee that didn't last long mate :) He can hurt him, he did last time, but if he doesn't get him out of there at 168, he's not going to do it at 175. JMO.

I think the ring had a little bit of say in the first fight. It looked like Green had real trouble with his footing.

Im def. getting on board the "Mundine will win by KO" express :happy:happy

Remember when Main Event sold Mundine-Soliman III as 'The rivalry thats divided a nation'?

I propose that the tagline for Mundine-Green II be 'The clash for more cash'.
