Funny, the original dodgy article quoted by Grub said he overdosed on anti-depressants and that his manager said he probably tried to kill himself, this latest article said he took too many sleeping pills, and the same manager strenuously denies he even said that.

But of course, it's Green who's telling porkies

So it wasnt just an argument and some sleeping pills you see, it was an ongoing issue that was getting worse from day to day.

Jim, to OD on sleeping pills you would need to take anywhere between 20-30 pills, it would vary from person to person and what type of sleeping pill they were taking. Usual dosage is between 1-2 pills. In other words m8, u need to take a mouth FULL of pills to OD on sleeping tablets. He had his stomach pumped and they dont do that sht if you got an upset stomach lol

Ineterseting. I guess not knowing the inside story makes it hard to know the truth.

Couple of things i found very strange was the fact that nobody has bothered to explain this "version" of events until this bout (payday) was under a cloud of suspicion cause i havent heard this b4, if ur countries media were saying u tried to do urself and it wasnt true wouldn’t u make a seen and clear it up. Second, all other articles i have read were quoting his brother in law (Tomasz Babilonski) whos is co promoter and best friend, where as this article quotes Andrzej Wasilewski chief promoter. Dosent sound like much but that is a big deal, both would have very different motivations. Third if this was no big deal and he was out within 15min and training the next day then why was his last fight canned?


I just think that wen something like this happens ppl are so worried about the victim the game goes out the door and ppl speak the truth. But after the fact, realising that the story isn’t good for business then ppl start throwing up “smoke and mirrors”, to borrow a term from couldhavebeencopperfield.


Why do these sort of issues follow green fight to fight? Amazing coincidence?

I dont know the truth and i could be completely wrong, just find it strange.
