Oh yeah. He did look impressive in stopping Carlos De Leon Jr. but that kid was mainly untested.

Tarvis Simms is about to turn 40 and was giving away crazy size to Green, yet totally frustrated him and shut him down offensively. A prime and hungry Ward is just on a different level.

The way Simms frustrated him is it simlar to wards frustrating style of moving and switching stances

Not even! Simms was just moving and spoiling and jabbing - and occasionally walking right up into Green's chest and pushing him backwards, all before switching southpaw which ****ed Green all up (he was flipping out in his corner) - but he's a lot slower and less athletic than Ward and didn't throw nearly as many punches as Ward averages.

Yeah, you can look at his domination of former prospect Sugar Poo Buchanan. It's insanely one-sided, but shows Ward coming into his own with his style.

I wouldn't recommend looking at any fights older than Cantrell, though - when he was still raw Ward didn't look as hot. Once he started getting more rounds in and taking on bigger challenges the improvement came on a steep incline.

Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he got all his fights in his home town! Why? Guess! Green will be cheated. Wonder if Ward has been practicing his head butts?

I just want a level playing field for everyone. It's not fair that Ward gets all his fights in his home town.

Everyone has won in his home town, but Ward gets "all" his fights in his home town. How did he get to cheat like that?

Even Green's fans acknowledge his only chance is a puncher's chance. That kind of makes all this hometown stuff irrelevant, doesn't it? Stop harping on it.

If you knock somebody out, home advantage (or even paid off judges and referees, which your paranoid mind have attached to every Ward fight) means nothing.
