A little birdy told me last night that Greens next fight maybe against Manny Sacia.......ok the little birdy was not a bird....and he was pissed so it maybe BS but it sounded good at the time :shock:
Just took a look at BOXREC and I think my birdy was pissed and stoned :yep Guess who just had a ko round 1 win at MW...........drum roll.........Manny Sacia :admin A bigger shock than this is after 1 fight BOXREC has Green at 4 in the world :admin:admin:adminLHW
Ofcourse he's rated no. 4 in the world Ash, he just beat the formidable van Niekerk! :yep But seriously, I think the blueprint has been approved for Green's comeback and no heartbeat's are to be seen. Which is a shame, coz I used to be a huge fan and I like the way he fights, but I also give a **** about the image of boxing and as a fan I want to see competitive bouts.
Geez I hope his next opponent is a worthy one and the venue is better suited to all who support his shows. Manny Siaca that is how I found my way into boxing, when Greeny was meant to fight him on 30th May 2007. It will be interesting to see who the next one is?
