Option 1 stay at a hospital in a waiting room with a pandol while your in agony and hope that somewhere along the line realises whats going on.
Or option 2 go to a hospital that will give him pain killers,admit him to a bed and then run test to find the cause of the pain pretty simple process if you ask me i mean didn't the first hospital have an ultra sound machine.
