Greg could, on his night, cause a fair bit of trouble to many at lightweight, but not i fear the great and very good, at Lt Welter, Greg would probably suit an On Form Hatton, if it comes to a Dogfight Hatton is Stronger and knows how to Shoulder and Rag-Doll an opponent, under rated psychological assets in the undermining of an opponents resolve, certainly creating cracks which can be punched into fissures, Ricky would also use feints footwork and Angles on the straight-Line Toughman Haugen, Ricky's "Ëducated Pressure" will, i have little doubt, prove too much for an Honest Trier.

I think Haugen gives him a tough fight, but in the end I think Hatton is a bit too strong.

He might score a late stoppage, but I think more than likely Haugen lasts the distance, and drops a UD.

LOL @ the poster who said "Hatton easily". Hatton isn't Chavez.

As much as i like Haugen, i don't see him winning this fight:-(

Hatton was superior skill wise, quicker, more athletic, and just a more talented fighter, he wins a close decision...

I would love to see the trash talking before this fight, damn would it be sweet:yep

Hatton wasn't more skilled than Haugen. Bigger, stronger, more athletic, yes. But not more skilled. Haugen out boxed Jimmy Paul, who was an excellent boxer. Hatton would win, but not because he's more skilled.

    Haugen more cagey, more skilled.

I kinda feel sorry for Hatton. He had the talent and ability to be a player of legacy but let his out-of-the-ring shenanigans destroy his career.

Haugen could dig deeper, tho, and the guy who beat Paul, Pazienza and Camacho would find a way to befuddle Hatton.

Prime Hatton went 11 rounds with the Worlds P4P BEST BOXER/FIGHTER Floyd Mayweather in 2007, before being stopped, that takes skill...

Im not a Hatton fan, but in my opinion he was more skilled than Haugen, and would have outboxed him

    What a fight !!

Hatton's power at this weight would be the decider, methinks.

Hatton wins a hard fought decision his bodywork would be the difference but haugen would certainly be in this fight both would marked up 3 to 4 point margin in favour of hatton

Decent match but got to go with Hatton. Hatton won fights at against all but the very best of his generation whereas Greg seemed to come unstuck at top level.
