Its quite a petulant way of looking at strategic fighting in MMA to suggest Jackson is a ***** and he's bad for the sport But i have to agree , this guy is ****ing killing the way these boys are going about there business , Jon Jones is a ferocious beast who has all the ability required to be finishing opponents in every fight he's in , and now we are going to see him jabbing for 5 rounds as well as GSP Im all for the evolution of MMA , I've never banged the drum that MMA fighters live to provide us with excitement , its natural , the styles and techniques are going to become more refined as the sport grows , but Jacksons strategic first approach is bad for the sport , just my opinion !!!!!
Greg must have ruined Rashad by making him fight not to lose instead of fighting to win the core of Rashad
You should complain about how the other trainers aren't good enough to beat Jackson's guys. If they were, people would start fighting differently. But they're not, so quit whining or go watch toughman contests.
I don't think anybody has said he's " being ruined " , thats simply not true , he's fighting a lot more strategically nowadays , which makes for a boring fight , he's fighting not to lose first as oppose to finishing a fight first ala Silva , Penn , Shogun and the likes He has the attributes to literally walk through opponents , and he's becoming a 205 version of GSP , his standing in the sport will not be in the same league as Anderson Silva's when all is said and done because he doesn't finish his opponents , I'm jumping the gun a little here i know , but you can see the Jackson mentality beginning to mould Jones , and its god dam bull**** !!!!
Do not get this Jones stuff, he didn't beat the **** out of a guy he trained with for years, but in his last fight he choked the **** out of Machida.
:think... youre actually right. like chimba said, jones might have carried his old sparring partner. one things for sure - wouldnt like to be Jons next opponent
