I have to give this to Quarry, mostly because he'd want it more. Unless a bad cut occurs, which is quite possible. I'd go as far to say Quarry was a better fighter; he just competed during the greatest heavyweight era ever and thus couldn't win a belt.
Quarry was more consistent - when Page was in condition, he had fast hands and feet and decent power, but Jerry should beat any version of him.
This is the kind of bout Page does not prepare himself for. He'd watch tapes of Quarry and train about 3 days for the fight planning on an easy night's work. Quarry would be the polar opposite and be prepared 100% and get the decision going away.
Page at his best would be a tough night for Jerry. His fast snapping jab and hard right hand would be a big danger to his skin. He'd also carry a big reach and weight advantage over someone that likes to counter punch allied to the speed.
A motivated Page wins by a cut stoppage. Page I have a feeling would be motivated against Quarry. His next fight he comes in flabby and out of shape and loses to Ron Stander by a boring decision.
I think the best version of Page (not sure he ever had a prime as he was up and down) stops Quarry, probably on cuts but he could get a late stoppage without the claret. Jerry was also pretty inconsistent, but he had a more definable prime.
