I think he redeemed himself for Ali against Lyle. He was dehydrated after Young. Probably due in part to cutting weight prior.

 

Foreman is a great bully/puncher, the Lyle fight falls into that category. If you want Foreman on top of a least, create a list about intimidating, dominating fighters, he was tough, but not at the top of the pyramid in this specific category, due to Ali, Young & to a lesser extent Holyfield beating him at the toughness category (Neutralizing Foreman Brute & stylistic advantage by his toughness). The list is supposed to be for the best of the best in the toughness category, so Foreman falls short, tough but not tougher than Holyfield or Ali which takes him out of the picture in this category.
