Tossing the medicine ball around in a circle with everyone on their back keeping the legs up 6 inches and shoulders off the floor is a fun one.

Usually we just pair up to work on things, work in circuits, and or take turns with coaches in the group classes i've had. Sometimes they'll end us with position holds (push up position, planks, superman for 3 minutes each) which everyone does together. And a lot of the running/ sprinting/ conditioning stuff can be done in groups.

Trading mitts and gloves, in pairs...

One round, one partner holds the pads, the next round, the other partner holds them... and so on...
