Groves appeals to BBBOC for NC

Robert Smith, head of BBBoC stated after the fight he supported Fosters decison in stopping the contest. The fight will never get overturned because if it did it would make Smith look like a fool.

 

Yes the IBF agreed with Groves the ref was bias and that he should never have stopped the fight because he wasn't in the right position to see if Groves was actually hurt. They also agreed he should have deducted points from Froch.

The IBF said he was Bias toward Froch and that's the reason Howard foster resigned from being an IBF official.

Secondly 15% of ANY purse bid will most definitely not surpass the seven figure offer from Matchroom. i.e 15% of £2m for example does not equal to at least seven figures.

Whether people like to admit it or not, saying it doesnt matter, it does. The 0 is an important thing in a career, that does seem to carry weight with fans.
Look at how T Bradley is rated as a top undefeated fighter, but had he been given a loss to Pacquiao, some of the lustre would have gone and I doubt he would be given the high P4P rating. Had he been ruled unfit to continue when looking in a worse condition than Groves against Froch when fighting Provodnikov, im sure people would say he was exposed and would not be 31-0 but be 29-2 without the world title with a stoppage loss, and no undefeated record.
