4. feeling guilty adding to his brain damage 5. Dirrell does not deserve a pay day in the ring on screen maybe but definately not from boxing
The way that this is being played out in the public eye makes me think it's a wind up. Haye asking Dirrell if he will spar Groves by Twitter? Now Dirrell posting pics of where Groves smashed him? Come off it.
In your opinion. 2 judges scoring the fight thought otherwise and Froch won. It was a crap fight, talk of robbery is just ****ing dumb really either could of got it but Dirrell wasn't robbed. Go watch Lebedev-Huck or Campillo-Shumenov 2 if you wanna see a fighter been robbed.
I've watched both. If you want to see a really ridiculous scorecard watch Mijares-Navarro, where one judge scored every round for Navarro despite the fact Mijares clearly won. But, if I can make an observation, I've noticed that very few non-British people actually thought Froch won. The manner in which Dirrell fought wasn't aesthetically pleasing dont get that confused with him not doing enough to win. If you scored for Froch, you dont score clean punches.
It was an awful fight due entirely to Dirrell. You cant go into a champs home & take his belt fighting like that, a split decision is the correct result. IMO if the same fight took place in america Dirrell would have won.
Dirrell slapped and was ineffective yet Froch was the only one hurt in the entire fight? Interesting...
I said that, when? Let's have a look: That's right, I didn't. I said he hurt him more in the 11th than Froch had hurt him. Is that incorrect? No. Try not to put words in my mouth, eh?
Chill out champ...who said I was talking to you? You're obviously getting a bit mad in this thread :nut I agree with most of your posts here, we've got a lot of people blindly defending Froch's 'win'.
Im Irish and i thought Froch won. I can differentiate between agression and accuracy. The good thing about pro boxing is the human element to scoring the fight and whilst on compubox or whatever Dirrell may have landed more ( marginally at that ), his antics weren't forgotten by the judges. It was an awful fight, id say something if Dirrell put on a masterclass and still lost, fair enough.. I had it for Froch, barely.
I would disagree with that. I think groves has hit a peferctly good frame for a smw. As much of a ***** out dirrell is, I would not buy into anyone owning anyone on sparring, the paid fights where it's at. Side note: funfan is the best spammer we've had here for a while. Quite funny random ****
