groves - degale promotion?

    question? i thought the bid to promote the groves and degale fight was won by hayemaker, so how come frank warren ended up promoting it?
    can anyone inform me how this happened?

    hayemaker had a venue ans date. frank warren made an offer to hayemaker to take it off them and they accepted.
