Actually once the fight was stopped, the best place for Groves was the canvas. He may of had a neck injury and with little doubt concussion. Although his pride is commendable in trying to get up, it is why officials sometimes 'pin' fighters to the ground.

For such an alleged fancy of Groves, you do not seem to have that much respect for the bloke's health.

 

Listen Groves is a good fighter who will come again and win a world title at some point down the line.

It's still early days in his career, he hasn't took the easy route to a world title he went straight for the Froch fight and ultimately has come up short to a top class proven fighter who hit him with an absolute bingo punch.
