Personally I think this fight is to close to call but if froch loses he retires after a great career 4 time world champion with multi millions in the bank and nobody can say he ducked anybody, if he wins he will go down as an atg british fighter even more so than he already is but I wont be listening to the interviews because its cringe worthy .

Groves on the over hand will be on the back of 2 defeats no promoter and will have to wait a long time for another shot at the title, groves by all accounts seems ultra confident but if he loses he is going to look very stupid after saying how bad froch is and then losing. Im not saying groves will lose but I think the pressure is on him and not froch. Not sure groves can produce a performance like the first again personally but froch could be well and truly washed up after the last beating he took.

I agree, if Froch loses he still retires a multi millionaire, 3 time world champ who fought the best. If Groves loses he will forever be remembered as a bottle job because of all the whining he's done and he will have to rebuild. Groves has more to lose.

You clearly have no idea what a bottle job actually is.

    he definitely has.

I read a thread a while ago that he may become a superstar in his next 2 fights if he beats Froch and goes on to beat Ward. But there's a bigger chance he'll be all but forgotten after his next 2, if he loses to Froch and doesn't impress in his rebound fight.

He does have a lot to lose to be honest because Of the situation which has risen from it and the words but I'm sure he knows all that. Good luck to him though will be a great fight and it has been built up great rematch get it on

In Groves words he said "it won't go 3" and he says "it will be easy" so if he loses I will consider him a bottle job just like I did David Haye, If he talks the talk he needs to walk the walk.

    bottlejob
Someone who constantly pulls out of events in particular sporting activity with use of various excuses.
Gary's such a bottlejob....he's going to Torbay instead of playing the Bearsharks.

Im not sure if he's being a bottlejob but he did sound quite scared!

If he loses Groves will look silly, but unless he pulls out multiple times a la Haye, than he can't be considered a bottle job, just not as good as he thinks he is.

So I guess that means you consider 90% of boxers bottle jobs? Cause all of them say the same thing just that some fighters say it louder than others.

No, showing confidence is fine but Groves has gone out of his way to minimize Carl Froch's achievements just like Haye did to Wlad. I don't mind George saying he thinks he will win but if he goes out of his way to discredit another fighter then he should be slaughtered if he takes a loss.

So not being able to knock froch out in 3 qualifies groves as a bottle job? Don't be stupid man. froch said he was going to 'anhiallate' groves first time round and he clearly didn't, does that make him a bottle job aswell? No.

Think you may need to look up the definition of bottle job...
