Spot on the Council did come out and say they were not interested in the Kessler fight. Got a friend who works at Power Station in a Nottingham he is of the opinion City Ground will never stage a Froch fight He reads all the local paper allready been mentioned on here that Wembley would be a great shout. If it were me would love the 02 just prefer indoor arena.

There is a reason Froch is afraid to fight Groves again, he will do almost anything to avoid Groves. Froch knows he would lose to Groves.........

I disagree. Open air shows are ***y especially for a big domestic fight like this. I remember Hearn saying if he could get Brook a fight with Broner he would take it to Bramall Lane in Sheffield or if he could get Khan he would take that to Old Trafford. Well Froch-Groves 2 is bigger than them two fights so lets get it on in a stadium in the summer. No excuses.
You're fairly obviously a Londoner.

Anderson was no more out on his feet than Groves was earlier in the fight. As for "what was the point" you could ask exactly the same about Froch and Groves. Most thought Groves lost the Degale fight, he got a bit of luck and had not established that he was the better man.

Whilst they are different situations, you either believe that a fighter should give the rematch to clear things up once and for all, or you don't. Groves in this instance thinks Froch somehow owes him a rematch but wasn't willing to give Degale one.

"He can't be proud of how he took the title tonight. Everyone said they had me by one or two rounds. I want a rematch as soon as" - James Degale

"I'm pretty sure I can find a better opponent than James Degale" - George Groves (he fought Paul Smith, who Degale had already stopped)
Really?????
