was already training for a fight thaty was 2 weeks later. Groves will of peaked for October 30th and had to remain on weight for 2 weeks, do not under estimate the effect this can have on a boxer.

It is obviously better to have the training behind you then to have to rush for preparation though

agree but I don't think its affected the result of the fight which is what some people like yourself seem to think.

If Anderson wasnt going to be ready, he shouldn't of taken then fight.

Degale would destroy Groves right now.

Anderson had no stamina because he was getting pounded to the body. He lost fair and square. No amount of alibis will change that.

It's very true about Groves wishing to fight like Haye, his defence is horrible the way he jerks his head back like that. There were some moments in that Anderson fight where he was totally off balance and was trying to land these ugly lead rights.

Booth needs to stop moulding him into Haye mark 2 and work on tightening up his movement and working off that jab.

his movement against kenny was stupid as well, dancing around like that wasting energy. I think that was one of the only times i agreed with watt when he said "he cant move like that for 12 rounds. His movement needs to be far more subtle. Groves cant be like Froch and depend on an iron chin! I like Groves alot but its a matter of time before hes stopped.

Kenny wasn't training to fight Quigley I spoke to him the other day, they knew Quigley couldn't fight on that date, he was down being a sparring partner to Froch because he was planning on fighting a 6 rounder on the Hatton show.

I think Degale wins it going away. Groves is talking the talk but backed down when he was challenged and offered the fight with no options by Warren.

    DeGale TKO/KO>> Groves

Get Audley a nice little ring side seat and a free bet so he can shout abuse at Groves when he hits the deck

Groves has so many flaws its unreal. He's getting by on his physical attributes and advantages over his opposition at the moment, but he won't for much longer.
