Groves on the Steiglitz v Abraham bill

Not really a surprise. He said in an interview with iFilm after his last fight that he was hoping to get out again soon. I would like to see him fight the winner of Steiglitz/Abraham on the Froch/Kessler undercard but more likely that fight would happen in September.

 

Any ideas who the knockover job will be against?.

3 fight deal. Original plan was London. Froch bill then headline his own London card. Did say after he won last week that he would sit down with Booth to see if they could fit another one in before May 25th.

 

Groves IS on the bill in an 8 rounder! He said on T2T podcast, just another keep busy fight!

 

FW is a crafty one, stops promoting GG but gets him on his channel anyway

 

Nothing on Boxrec and nothing official has been said. A load of rubbish if you ask me!

 

The Sauerland's got him on the bill. Apparently one of the early fights so it probably won't be shown on BN.

 

Bunce said on Monday that they would try to show as many fights as possible from the bill so fingers crossed we will see it. They'd be daft not to show it given Groves profile.

Seems abit pointless if true...how is an 8 rounder in a off-TV fight going to create anymore interest in GG fighting Abraham assuming he wins?

They should just concerntrate on getting a good fighter over for the Froch card rather then risk being cut facing a bum,

 

Because it will be shown in full outside of Britain.
