Yep, Booth and co have always tread a fine line between looking after their own interests and stiffing the fans/opponents. They are crossing the line now, it's out of order. Even if this is a new, legit injury (I think it is), they were risking looking ridiculous by pulling out of the Anderson fight when I don't think any right minded person really thought he was injured. Karma perhaps, I dunno, but they need to start respecting opponents and fans a bit more before their credibility is shot to bits.
if someone can explain a better way for me to put my point across let me know. i don't really see how its acting like a spoilt child. there was no name calling. his message says i hope you continue to follow me...i said im not going to anymore. nothing wrong with that.
Just came across like you were throwing your toys out of the pram over this, no big deal. I also agree with what you said.
after 3 fights in a row everyone has the right to do that. i defeneded him after the Anderson pull out as well when peoples reaction was far more negative. You cannot fight every 7 months at any level let alone domestic.
Fair play to Rob i think he has a fair enough point i didn't know it was 3 fights, There must be some fans that have paid to go to Wembley then go out to Germany. Feel sorry for them..
Why do you think he pulled out of this fight? It can't be any other reason than a genuine injury, surely? If it is a genuine injury then it can't be helped. (I'm assuming this is a new injury that he didn't know about before signing up for the fight.)
Sounds alright to me, straight to the point! someone needs to tell him, very much doubt he gives a monkeys though!
Yeah it was that one in December as well that never looked like happening. He didn't even have an opponent then he got "injured", then it was moved back to January and then cancelled. DeGale was meant to be on as well.
If I believed in Kharma, this certainly would be a prime example. I think that Anderson-Groves won't come off in June, and Groves will fight Stieglitz in the summer at some point. In the mean time Stieglitz will fight another ****** fighter in replacement for Groves.
Oh Yeah! Totally forgot about that one. Really is a pisstake especially that one cos as you say never looked like happening. :good
yeh. December, Anderson in March and this fight. You cannot take him seriouisly. if he is genuinley injured fair enough but i have no interest in following an injury prone fighter as you will get dissapointed more often than not. if this is happening when he is 24 whats it gonna be like in 5 years. he will of has 6 fights in that time. if he faked it then...hes a **** end off.
