    Give him the time he needs. Don’t make a mockery of the tournament and put a losing semi finalist in the final and don’t put someone in who hasn’t been in from the start.

    Prob is that could be another 6 months or more. A shoulder injury like that can be career ending, spec with a relative banger like Groves.

    Declare Smith the winner by default then. Let Smith and Groves have a few tune ups before facing each other. Maybe Smith could take Degales belt in the mean time and make it a unification.
