Groves Pulls Out Same Day Purse Bids End

    It seems interesting that Groves pulled out of his fight a few days before. Especially that purse bids have been won to stage a fight for the title with a guy whos name i wont even try to spell haha!!

    I thought it is way too early for Groves and its too soon to prepare for the fight properly.

    Its just quite interesting that its happened on the same day.

    Whats everyones thoughts?

    If he vacates the British and Commonwealth titles, therefore avoiding Anderson and fights Stieglitz then I will be praying Kenny gets himself into a mandatory for that title and smashes him up.

    Most likely for the chance to fight for a title. But what does he do afterwards? he isn't ready for the top fighters at 168 lbs.

    Feel sorry for Anderson and his camp, he deserved a 2nd crack at Groves especially after how good the 1st fight was.

    The cynic in me says its a fake injury. Time will tell.

    Nowt wrong with George taking the title route but claiming injury is a disgrace... should pay Ando off and promise first shot if he wins.
