    Just watched the rerun now.

    Watching the way kirkland survived against angulo, I wonder how the ishida fight would have gone had the ref let him come out for round 2?

    I'd assume he gets battered because lack of training leads to lack of punch resistance but I think his chin and defensive skills deserve a bit more credit.

    Let's see him against ishida and then canelo.

    Angulo should go for cintron again and lite him up something fierce and then an eliminator against someone like lara or molina.

    The 154 division is wide open atm, cotto is the man for me atm but that's more to do with the lack of quality fights in the division. If james can defeat canelo by the end of the year I think i'd make him divisional champ.

    Angulo must be devastated, he'd have had a first round stoppage win if the fight was over here!

    He would of had a stoppage if he'd actually taken a step back and picked his shots. It was the most clownshoes display of finishing I've seen since Mike Jones-Soto Karass.

    Kirkland was clinical after that. I was pretty impressed.
