Apologies if you were addressing another poster, but i never said Froch has no power, i said he doesn't have concussive power, by that i mean one punch Lights out power (although Brian McGee might dissagree).
Froch most certainly does have pop in his punches, he's rattled a lot of durable guys on his travels, but its the accumulation of heavy shots that does the biz for carl.
Once he has an opponent wobbling, he seldom lets tyhem off the hook.

It's the same accusation thrown at Ricky Burns over Gonzalez, yet the thing is people on here were praising Carl for turning over Taylor in the 12th-those same slate Ricky for making Gonzalez quit. Both are credible wins as fights are over 12 rounds

Both did well to fight through adversity and deserve credit for the victory, that was my point.

Groves gas tank and power in the later rounds are as Dwyer would say 'open questions'.

Wouldn't read too much into that, that was quality shot from Sierra right in the mid section.. Groves took a step back, took a few breathes got his composure together and went back to work.

His shots to finish that fight were top class as well.

I don't think there's any issues with his stamina. As someone previously mentioned, it all stems from the David Haye myth as he used to be with Adam Booth. He threw a lot of shots against Johnson and was fine, went the full 12 with Degale and was fine... people forget Froch was a tired man himself.
