    According to a status on Froch's page Groves will mimick Froch's style.

    Interesting stuff, Whether it's true or not we shall see.

    Got told a good sparring story about Groves recently..

    He cleaned out Dillian Whyte apparently... Had him on the ropes all messed up, took a couple of steps back and did and running jumping punch and KO'd him..

    Might be bull****, but is damn funny if true

    Excellent sparring for both fighters.

    Groves has sparred Froch in the past too. So now to get some rounds with Kessler is an excellent move by Team Groves.

    Sparring groves for froch makes sense - would love to see that go down, will be brutal stuff with groves having a fight on same show.

    In fact with froch doing the same with bellew you could have a ppv main event featuring 2 guys with some serious gym wars in the very recent past - **** knows if that's a good or bad thing.
