He isn't injured, I don't buy that for a second, he had an opportunity at a paper title and ducked a tricky fight with Anderson.
It wouldn't surprise me if he has a slight back problem which he could easily fight through, but now he's caught wind of the Stieglitz fight he has 'bottled' it to make sure he gets the Stieglitz fight and a payday
Calling Anderson a "wrecking ball" is a bit premature.....his record is as light as a feather, he's only fought one decent fighter and he had his arse handed to him.
:think He didnt quite have his arse handed to him, took the fight on short notice, wasnt prepared and was still competive.. I haved watched Anderson fight and he hits as hard as any other super middleweight, you can tell a puncher especially when your ringside.. Just my humble opinion i think Groves would win the rematch but he wouldnt have it all his own way, lets be honest by the look of it Anderson he had got himself in A+ condition..
Anderson's a good fighter no doubts, he dropped Groves and it wasn't flash it was him being hurt. He gave a good effort, He didn't quit or go down he just gassed and fell apart which happens when tired. He came into first fight i believe off back of being sparring partner for Froch in which his body was already feeling affects of Froch's power.
I agree. If Groves has the confidence he will go for it. Groves isn't ready for Kessler, Ward, Froch etc because they will put him in a very hard 12 rounds but Groves is ready for fringe top 10 fighters.
another big **** you from fwank ******,mugs the lot of ya,thank the **** i did'nt subscribe to that shite
Yep, that what annoyes me about team Anderson, they took the gamble and it didn`t pay off so they moan about the outcome and go on and on about the lack of notice.I hope he can get a good fight and show what he can do,rather then moan about what has happened in the past, but even i feel a bit sorry for him this time.
I think its possible, training for a british title fight is hardly a walk in the park and injuries can easily happen, thats what comes with the sport. People should stop crying and get over it
He had Groves on his arse, couldn't finish him and then got stopped himself, that doesn't sound like a wrecking ball to me. All the men who he has stopped have been stopped multiple times before, the first time he meets someone a step up from the standard that he has been fighting previously he gets beaten handily.
No, but Anderson's a total beast, did you not hear? ****, I like the guy, but I swear people go overboard because he had a couple of good rounds.
