http://m.skysports.com/article/boxing//7650008 how do these two match up? Steilglitz... I didnt even know who he was!
Steilglitz is actually quiet a good solid boxer IMO. However, if Groves trains hard and listens to Adam Booth he can and should win. IMO Booth is a very under rated trainer but puts very good fight plans in place
Well Stielglitz has been around for a while, he was the IBF mandatory for Calzaghe after he beat Sakio Bika but Joe chose to relinquish the belt to fight Peter Manfredo Jr claiming no one outside Germany knew who he was. Meanwhile, Stielglitz fought Alejandro Berrio who stopped Stielglitz in 3 (Berrio went onto defend against Bute for his first defence . . . needless to say Bute stopped him) Stielglitz bounced back and managed to knock out the defending WBO champion Karoly Balzsay (now the WBA regular champ) defending against the likes of Khoran Gevor, Enrique Ornales and Eduard Gutknecht (current European light heavyweight champion) Robert Stielglitz is decent but is essentially a paper champion, he was scheduled to fight Mikkel Kessler but that never came off due to injuries so now here we are have this fight against Groves in Germany, which we all know is notorious for its robberies so Groves is going to have to knock him out to get the win, of course \/\/ARREN wouldnt send him over there unless he was sure he would bring the belt back home Groves to stop Stielglitz in 5-7
