Some people were getting emotionally involved in the Pac-Hatton purse split debate. Now that is just gay.

Why do grown adults, old people hero worship football and soccer teams and their players?
Whats so wrong about enjoying a certain persons technique, personality in the ring or otherwise.
Maybe sometimes support turns into silly bickering on here oh yeah but don't tell me you can't root for someone you like to watch fight!
People love to watch talented/brave people excel in their field, so what

yes i really agree with you. but ive been there myself, what happens is you fall in love with a boxer and suddenly you cant see any of his faults and when people critisize, you react like he's your kid brother lol. well it is stupid.

Its not as simple as idol warship...Its the fact that they see someone that could be them...Someone that comes from were they come from and it makes them feel good....I dont mind it, i just dont like the ones that are boxing fans, AKA 90% of Klit fans, and 80% of Pac fans.

Who cares if Pacquiao/Hatton doesn't get an extra 2-3% of the purse? They're still getting more than 99% of fighters out there. The others are more worth getting upset about: how 99% of boxers get shitty pay.

    Ice Cube was right.

Now I was taught back on my block
That you don't ride on nobody's jock
    For anything they do
    **** him and his crew
Unless you were gettin paid too

What you're talking about is not hero worship. What you're talking about, such as enjoying action and rooting for teams/athletes, is normal.

Boxing is no different than any other sports. You see football/soccer/basetball fans get very emotional about their teams too.

Mitch Williams got what he deserved. He was hitting barrels all post season. He blew two games in that World Series. The Phillies would've won that World Series if it wasn't for him.

Shes not a skank. But a guy like the one on my Avatar would put it to her so good, that she she, were she to take it in that position, rectally, would have such an intense orgasm, that she would pass out 25 seconds before she climaxed, and have a vision, of KALUNDA, the Kenyan Snake God of Eroticism, slowly wrapping himself around her, as she had a refreshing bath in the Healing Waters of Eden.......as the snake drew closer to her vaginal opening.....

She would awake suddenly, screaming the name of Jim Brown, and having such an earth shattering climax, that went on for close to 2 minutes, that she would be emotionally and physically spent for an entire weekend. Maybe, if you, me and Beware were lucky, Jim would allow us to pay him 100 dollars each, to watch through a peephole.

People have heroes. Some of them have grown up with it. You're lying if you don't have an emotional attachment to some fighter out there.

I know I grew up watching RJJ dominating boxing so I'll always have some level of emotional investment to his fights. Likewise on Tito Trinidad.

Some dudes don't grow up...big deal.
