Disagree, Golovkin usually has a fairly competent defence and parries punches very well. I think Proska will make it awkward early before he makes the mistake of apeswinging his head into a big hook.

I will root for Proksa, but he is an underdog here. Golovkin is fast enought to take advantage of Proksa style (not much cover, hands low, the defence relying mostly on speed).

Proksa is probably going to get walked through. I want to see Golovkin in a more competitive fight next time out.

Golovkin didn't beat in his pro career a top 10 MW fighter to indicate that he will "whoop" Proksa ass. GGG isn't a world beater yet. Imo Proksa has a better resume at pros than Golo and I think it will be a close fight , it's a 50/50 fight.

This is a great fight that I'm really looking forward to. I've only seen a couple of YouTube rounds of Proksa but I'm really impressed with what I've seen. I'm definitely planning on checking out more of his **** before this fight goes down.

Both have weak resume's IMO but i would say GG's is a bit better.

Before this fight was announced i never bothered to check GG's record or watch his fights, i just went by what people were saying that he is untouchable. After checking his record and watching some fights i found that his resume and title run is weak at best but he sure is a VERY good fighter. Great offense with a very weak defense though.

This fight will be one to remember..mark my words.

@Montero: "I expect a technical Euro fight (a lot of jabs) that heats up in the second half. GGG by decision."

You have obviously not watched any of either Proksa's or Golovkin's fights. Do a youtube check. The style match/mismatch in this fight makes for a potentially VERY interesting fight. None of the fighters fight well going backwards. None, especially Proksa, fight well on the inside. Golovkin can be hit, but so can Proksa. And they both have major artillery for the MW division, especially Golovkin. This fight could be over with by round 1 - the chance for a decision is in my humble opinion very low.

    Now go and watch youtube.

I think Proska's is a little stronger with Sebastian Sylvyster on there.... but this is the fight that'll be the defining moment on their resume thus far. This is the attention grabber
