And you said "afraid on", which doesn't even make sense. You write like English is your 2nd language.
GSP just has to be smart about the way he manages his career since millions of dollars hang in the balance. He is not scared to fight Silva but he might be scared of the consequences to his career should he lose the fight. He also realizes that physically he would be at a huge disadvantage against Silva so it's kind of normal for GSP to be careful about putting his livelihood on the line against someone who would have unfair advantages.
Oh, that. Well, I can explain that. When GSP is fighting, he usually takes his opponent down. Once his opponent is down, he is on them. GSP hasn't been submitted in a long time, so he isn't afraid on anyone.
Silva, but he got beaten up. I mean we're talking about Lutter here. Hes a 185lbs waste of flesh. He took down Silva like he wasnt there, he mounted him in seconds and rained down punches. He actually made a mistake in that fight by going for the unnecessary armbar. Sonnen beat up Silva as well and tapped asap before he got hurt. Now if the only gameplan is to take him down immediately and GSP doesnt toy with trying to stand with him like Hendo did. This would be a takedown and an active topgame with occasional elbows to keep it from being stood up. This is all about styles, and a great wrestler (GSP is the best in MMA) is Silvas ultimate weakness.
5 rounds is a long time and I feel like this is the fight where GSP's lack of finishing ability will come back to bite him in the ass.
:good plus the size difference here. GSP is smaller than silva. He is a strong welterweight but this is against the middleweight champion of the world. I don't think he could keep silva down for 5 rounds. Sooner or later this fight will be on their feet and silva will ktfo gsp like he did to rich ace franklin:good
Silvas never been hard to hold down. Now if he has proven that then Ill agree. GSPs cardio is out of this world, hes as fresh in the 5th round as he is in the first. Lastly GSP doent finish fights but he'll decision you no problem. Silva wouldnt give Hendo a rematch because he knew its not a good fight for him. One of the reason he won this fight is because Hendo stood up too long and got clipped early in the 2nd. After that he was on shaky ground. GSP should not play with fire, he has the best TD in the business and best top game in terms of control.
