Cant stand Shields. He's about as exciting as a turnip. I hope GSP beats him back to small hall shows. Dam shame Henderson couldn't finish him off.

Yea shields better take this fight to the ground cuz this is the only way he beats GSP. GSP's striking has improved a lot. He demonstrate it vs koscheck.

:huh Care to explain this? I don't see how either one of Henderson or GSP can be ranked much higher than the other. I'd have GSP higher, but they're both top 10 in my opinion.

GSP will be the undisputed GOAT very soon. Pick a fighter in any division that you deemed impossible to beat and you would conclude its GSP. At 29 years old, hes still learning new things and still may not be prime.

Besides the Serra loss, this man has never lost a round since rd 2 against Koscheck and that was debatable. Take away the fact that he hasnt been able to finish some of his fights. There has never been anyone more dominant is a 3 1/2 year span in the history of MMA than GSP.

Just to show how great he is, Ill tell you now with certainty, Shields will not win a round. And the next contender after Shields (maybe Fitch) will also not win a round. Diego if he ever gets a shot will not win a round. Condit will not win a round. Theres a bet pool going on whos going to win a round against this man. Let alone win a fight.

Shields winning a round against GSP is more of an upset than Tyson vs. Douglas. Thats greatness.

Douglas !! I see it this way. As much as Tyson was unbeatable at the time, you knew that a big guy who could box and had a very good jab and most importantly not intimidated had a shot against him based on styles. Sure its easier said than accomplished but you sit back now and stroke your chin and say to yourself "hmmm, Douglas did have the style to beat Mike"

I can't say that regarding Shields.
