Well obviously it depends on what you call technically sound punches. If it's straight crisp punches then he is not technically sound. But **** it, his punches work.
BJ's boxing was'nt on display because of A) GSP and B) He did'nt seem to want to fight. Maybe his baby has made him soft and he just wanted the pay day.
too bad gsp never followed up his jabs with anything else. it was only one jab at a time. imagine when the fight woulda ended had he followed up those jabs with a quick right hook?
