    For anybody who hasnt watched the UFC 111 press conference , jesus wept please go and watch it .

    The hairs on my neck were stood on end with the words coming out of this man's mouth , i dont think ive ever seen a more focused , dedicated , honest , proffesional in any contact sport ever than this man .

    He was late to the press conference because he was drilling Kimoura's and Arm Bar's :lol::lol::lol: then turns up and steals the show .

    Absolute credit to the sport this guy im telling ya .

    Because he beat Dan Hardy? The problem with MMA is a lot of the challengers barely have enough pro fights to really be a serious threat. A guy on his level should be fighting the likes of Silva. Right now all he is good at is using his size/muscle advantage to take guys down. Until he starts submitting guys and using his stand up to fight, he does not deserve that kind of high praise.

    he doesn't have a size/muscle advantage on guys like Alves so i don't see what you're on about.

    He beats guys with skills, smarts, technique, poise, professionnalism, and of course athletic ability.
