What are your views? i am finding after loosing weight and training im becoming very weak! Have any of you heard of them?
The benefits of guarana is basically the stimulant effect due to it's large concentrations of caffeine. I like coffee so I'd just drink that instead of paying for some supplement. All you will be doing is hiding your fatigue would be better to get more rest or look at your pre and post training nutrition and hydration to sort out your lack of energy.
You probably need rest. Take a day or two off and eat light. Night before training eat a nice full meal. If after that you are killing your cardio and shredding the bag/mitts? You are over training. Work in a few light eating rest days in.
