Penwill's Zimmer frame KO1 Audley. No way would his glass jaw be able to withstand the force of aluminium tubing.

guardsman charlie penwill was a better man than any idiot on a computer trying to take the ****, wont be many on here had much experience at attaching bayonets, or boxing with gloves with zero stuffing in the knuckle part, for 20 rnds, now go comb your green mohicans and show respect for brave people who've long since past.

Do you know him personally then?

Nobody is taking the **** (well I was taking the **** out of Prizefighter I suppose) it's a lighthearted thread we're having a laugh.

Get off your high horse you sanctimonious, patronising twat.

'Attaching bayonets' is that a euphemism (you might have to look that up)

I respect any man who steps in the boxing ring and fights fair.

Bombardier Billy Wells, 'Fainting Phil' Scott, Frank Goddard, Harry Persson, and Bandsman Dick Rice all fought Penwill.

Not bad names at all to have on your record in that era.
