The bum only turned up for the paycheck No ideas, no gameplan, zero ability to adjust, poor stamina and even his much praised rough housing tactics looked sloppy and mediocre It seems his entire gameplan consisted in following Floyd around the ring like an imbecile throwing half assed telegraphed punches and getting countered over and over What kind of boxer goes to fight Mayweather without a gameplan? I considered Guerrero a no skills-having no hoper before this fight, but he managed to surpass my already low expectations, he was embarrassing, I never want to watch him in the ring again.
It pisses me off that this crap fight will be Floyd's only fight this year, that's why Cherrypicking at its finest
was a terrible showing. He even held his own in there but he didn't try. He fought like he was paid off. **** fight.
He had a game plan but it went out the window bc Floyd disarmed him. Floyd has great timing and did what he does to everyone. Floyd couldn't miss with that right hand and was deadly accurate. Also Floyd is stronger and tougher than what people think. The dude man handled Shane Mosley who is strong as **** so handling Robert was easy.
Definitely, the guy didn't show up for the fight. I wouldn't have minded so much, but the punk ***** was trash talking as if he was going to bring heart to the ring. He didn't bring ****. At least Areola brought heart to his fight with Stiverne. Guerrero didn't bring **** to the table and fought like he just wanted a pay-check.
Not many fighters look good against Mayweather. Marquez looked completely hapless against Mayweather. After the fight, everyone said he was washed up and didn't belong at WW. 4 years later, and Marquez is still going strong and is the number 2 rated WW. It's amazing how much better Marquez looks when he is not fighting Mayweather. Guerrero will be fine as long as he's not in there with Floyd.
Really? The man got countered with solid right hands that had lesser men have their souls taken away. Robert was getting hit with a ton of straight rights against Aydin.. Slow, telegraphed, sloppy but powerful Aydin. So of course Robert is going to get hit a lot by probably the most accurate puncher in all of boxing. Even round 7 or 8 Robert looked like he was going to get knocked out and never punched, then came out the next round and tryed his hardest to beat Floyd's body. Whenever Robert would smother him, Floyd holds. Whenever Robert throws to the head, Floyd bends down to avoid it. In certain rounds Floyd just mainly moved and Robert was to slow to catch him. The only success he had was to dig to Floyd's body. If he went crazy in there make no mistake, Robert would have gotten knocked out. He could have done more when Floyd was against the ropes it seemed, but Guerrero never gave up, was always trying to win (being smart about it), and I'm pretty amazed he stood for 12 rounds and never once looked to only survive.
Yeah **** Ghost, he actually took the tests, showed up, and took his ass whoppin like a man. We could only hope Floyd fights Clottey next. #fingerscrossed
He didn't have the speed, technique, accuracy or the power to be any kind of threat to Floyd, which are pretty much the four attributes you need when facing Floyd. I knew how it was going to go before the fight, as boring as watching paint dry.
