He can definitely get Floyd to reach, but he doesn't have the speed or footwork to capitalize on it. Guerrero isn't much of a sharpshooter against quick guys. Otherwise he would have had his way with Berto on the outside by countering him. He took it inside so he could control and position Berto and minimize his power.
